The knife is a great alrounder in the kitchen for chopping vegetables to slicing meat and cheese with ease! The first knife I've had for 6 months and still sharp as the day I bought it, great knife and definitely worth the money!

This 8” knife was a replacement after the handle broke on my previous one. Magic knife are very prompt on delivery and customer communications etc. And great even when something goes wrong. They have a very fair replacement policy. I have most of their knives and the sharpener and even take one on holiday with me as no other knife gets close to how smooth they cut everything. As long as you keep it sharp. It’s a cooks dream.

I have the whole set, I use the larger knife for cutting water melons, so super for that. The 5" is for everyday use, and it's lovely and sharp and glides through fruit and veg.

Exceedingly happy with all three of the knives, potato peeler, scissors as well as the small sharpener. I can’t recommend these enough. A wonderful find and a very happy customer.

This knife definitely delivers what it promises-it makes slicing my butternut squash so much easier than it used to be!

Writing as a confirmed user of knives for all purposes, I must say that the Magic Knife is a very very good knife. The 8" size is a good intermediary knife size and the light weight is definitely different. I am surprised and pleased to say that it takes an edge beautifully with very little effort - actually a light stroke four or so times thru a quality sharpener will do the trick. So all in all a very safe knife to use with the bonus of looking extremely good. The holes are more than decorative though: they reduce the friction drag of a solid blade thus allowing for thinner slices. If you can only buy one knife, this should be it.

Great knife on most things. Not good at cutting sourdough bread

I purchased your knives two days ago at the Hampton court flower show, and the reason I did this is because Ian who did the demonstration is left handed. I wasn't disappointed and have so far used this knife for cutting my salad products very finely. The product is ideal for people with weak hands as only a very light movement is needed. Cant wait to try my 8" knife on cutting bread. I like to buy products from family run businesses.

We discovered these knives at the ideal home show London about 10 years ago, I would use nothing else and would encourage any family member to use the same. I would only re order from ‘Magic Knife’ Coming from an Asian household where things can get busy in the kitchen, this knife is a lifesaver. Can cut fast and precise. Love this product!

We're actually a bit disappointed with this knife. After initially being brilliant, it blunted really quickly.

We discovered these knives at a Christmas fair and purchased the 8” version. It’s a very light and easy to handle knife and glides through everything we’ve tried it on. The blade kept its edge for a long time and only after a few months of use needed sharpening. Would recommend to anyone wanting an easier to handle blade.
