It literally is "the best thing since sliced bread". I bought it for my son to use as he is an ex-chef and rough-handles all of my kitchen equipment. The holes in the blade definitely makes a difference!

I was very surprised the knives were as sharp as demonstrated at the exhibition. Normally, when you take a product home , it is always disappointing as the results are dissimilar to what is seen at the event . Thank you for a great product .

6 months and going strong! Easy to sharpen- still cuts brilliantly. I was sceptical when my wife brought it as I have many other ‘chef’ knives and this looks flimsy and plasticky- but it’s the one that gets used the most !

Sadly despite all good previous experiences the current knife is not sharp and I do not seem to be able to sharpen itRegards. JohnGibbs

Sorry to say very dissapointed with these knives. I purchased a set of knives at the Game fair in 2022. They do not stay sharp at all despite using the sharpener also purcased at the show. The black coating has also worn off the blade of the knifes. The handle broke off the 8 inch knife and had to be thrown away. In addition the tips of the knives have bent.

After 6 months of use the knife is still very sharp and working well.

This is by far the best knife I have ever used. It’s sharp, it’s very light and very easy to use. This knife has replaced all of my other knives in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this product. Thank you!

I bought a couple of magic knives many years ago. I bought the 8 inch and a 5 inch. I’ve used the 5 inch every day until recently when the blade sheared right off the handle. I was cutting a swede. So lost without it that a am buying another . Great buy

What a fabulous knife. So sharp and light to use. Threw my other knives away as they aren’t needed

Preparing vegetables, meats etc has been an absolute delight with my magic knife. How I ever managed before I had it is a mystery.

Nice knife, easy to use but didn't realise it would require sharpening as soon as it did. otherwise a very good knife.

First class knives, they keep their edge, and when they do need sharpening it's so easy to get a very good edge.

Great knife use it for everything as a chef it’s versatile for what i need, and stays sharp no need to sharpen it 6 months in !!!

Very sharp for the first month ,but soon became yet another knife that needs constant sharpener

Does everything it says. It is the first knife I go for whilst all the others sit idly by. So good I purchased one as a gift for my daughter.
