I have spent a small fortune on 'other' knives which have claimed to be the best now I have finally found the best on the market absolutely first class

I bought two knives at a show several years ago and have found them brilliant, the best knives I have ever had. Problem is the smaller veg knife blade broke off at the handle about six months ago and now the same thing has happened to my carving knife. ?? Is this a usual thing after a few years as this has never happened with any other knives I have owned?

I bought this knife when I was at the Food Festival in Manchester 6 months ago. I'm absolutely delighted with it. It makes preparing food a real pleasure, and I use it every day. I make my own bread, and even when it's just out of the oven, it slices perfectly with my Magic Knife. I would highly recommend it, and wonder how I've managed so long without it. After only a few uses, the knife became blunt. For the money, it turned out to be no better than any other knife I owned. I'm very disappointed in it's performance. I feel a refund should be offered, but I am willing to accept a replacement in order to give you another chance to prove your marketing claims. I am sure this is not what you expected, but I would appreciate a reply to this review.

Fabulous knifes, these were not the first ones I bought. My daughter was so impressed with them that she purchased the full set too.

This is definitely the best knif I have ever bought. Cuts easily from thin slices of tomatoes to swede . And even cuts fresh bread beautifuly .

Why didn't i have these in my life before. Great knives and so easy to use takes the effort clean away.

Purchased knife last year at show I was initially impressed with sharpness and ease of use unfortunately the handel broke off under light duty (green beans) now not so impressed sorry magic knife.

I got my knife from the caravan and motor and motor home show at the NEC, Me and my partner had been looking for a good knife for ages. My partner was not very pleased when I got home and I had spent so much on a knife,but now she would not be without it,she will not let me use it or anyone else, she shows everyone what it can do. Best buy ever and most brownie points I ever got

The knife is incredibly sharp and cuts well. However the Teflon coating comes off in lumpsI had mine for under 6 months and found that i kept finding black bits in my food. I claimed under guarantee and was told that I should only clean it by hand (despite being told it was dishwasher safe by the salesman when I bought it. But I was sent a new knife which I have treated with kid gloves for the last 6 weeks but the coating is coming off again. I can’t be bothered to go through the hassle of making another complaint under warranty so I’m just writing it off and anything I cut with it I’m inspecting for black bits. Sorry magic knife, you cut well but the finish leaves something to be desired.

Extremely happy with my second Magic knife after I damaged my first one. Outstanding service from Phil and Lesley and I would highly recommend the products to anyone.

Easily the best knife I have used.

Bought a set at a show last year. Kept it in the box and only started using it at Xmas time last year. About a month ago while using my big knife cutting some food the handle broke off. Very disappointed as I haven’t used it much at all. Not sure the quality is as it seemed at the show
