3 knives bought from The Ideal Home Show at Olympia, London. I promised myself a set of good knives on my next visit and so treated myself to a set. We use them every day and find them to be easy to use and lightweight as demonstrated at the show. I did however, report to the company that the middle sized knife had lost its black coating in some areas but was informed that this would nit be covered by the guarantee, which was disappointing. I was advised to avoid placing them in the dishwasher. Of course, this does not affect their function. The knives serve their purpose and we would recommend them.

I bought the box set at a show in 2019. They are very sharp and cut through tough vegetables such as swede with ease. However, the non stick surface has flaked off all of the knives, presumably into my food. This is despite the fact they're stored separately to other utensils, and I always wash them in the sink by hand with a non-abrasive cloth/brush. I can't find any information to say whether these products are free of PFAS, or whether they've undergone independent testing to ensure they meet safety standards in that respect. I've even tried asking via their customer feedback form, and at a subsequent show, but have not received a satisfactory answer so unfortunately I won't be buying any more.

Buying the box set was a truly fantastic buy. I sufer with chronic arthritis in my hands and wrists. The ease of slicing and peeling makes my cooking a lot easier and enjoyable again. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. Totally pleased with the product

Purchased 2 full sets ( 1 as a gift) including sharpener and knuckle protector. Would definitely recommend these knives for domestic kitchens. We have not had any problems with our purchase 6 months on and hopefully we won't have any issues in the future..

I saw these guys at the Ideal Home Exhibition. There were many other stalls showing off ridiculous 'poser' knives boasting 'Damascus finish' or whatever. This company just had a bunch of vegetables on the stand, ready for you to try their knives on. I bought a boxed set, and have been very happy with them. I have many other knives in my kitchen, but these ones are favoured by even the non-cooks in the household, because of their lightness and keen edge.

I got the whole set and the quality of the items is so high especially for the price. Very high value for money. They also have great customer service! I had an issue with the scissors (from my own misuse) and they replied to me very quickly and even offered to replace for free! I am blown away by the high level of customer service that much bigger companies would never match. Thank you!

Really pleased with this box set and great value. I was bought a knife set for a present and was so impressed with them that I purchased a larger boxed set for my girlfriend and claimed a lifetime guarantee. Excellent quality and super sharp. I would highly recommend any of the Magic Knife range to anyone, You would not be disappointed they are well worth it and could not recommend them enough.

Absolutely the best set of knives I have EVER bought! All my other knives have been thrown, I just don't have a need for them. It glides effortlessly with hardly any pressure on the handle. My mother has arthritis so will definitely endeavour to purchase a set for her birthday. A BIG 5 ????? stars, fabulous so pleased I found you??

Such a wonderful set of knives. Using this set every day and it never fails to amaze me just how easy it is for chopping, slicing, dicing and every other task I perform. Would reccomend this set to everyone from top chefs to people just starting to learn how to prepare food.

Bought for my 13 year old Son Using these for cooking inside and outside cooking so easy for him to use. Knife sharpener is easy to use so all knifes are sharp and ready to use

These are the best knives I've ever had. I use them everyday, multiple times a day. They are light, and very sharp. I discarded other knives as they just do not compare. This is a hectic family home so they are really tested day in day out , and no breaks so far. Only now after 6 months is one knife, the small knife showing signs of perhaps needing sharpening . These are the only brand I will buy going forward. And I intend to gift some to my family members over time.

I have already left a positive review based on the really good cutting quality of the 8" and was lucky enough to be a box set winner! I am writing this follow up review knowing I'm likely ineligible for any future contests, but I really wanted to let people know how good this company are. After using my 8" Magic Knife more or less daily since May 2024, the blade unfortunately separated from the handle. While it was a shame, I knew that the knife came with a guarantee and I filled out the online form for a claim. The process was extremely fast and Phil & Lesley could not have been more helpful. My replacement knife is still in transit, but it will be back with me in time before the next Sunday roast. I couldn't recommend this company enough to anyone thinking about making a purchase, you won't regret it!
