I absolutely love my knives! They have taken preparation and cooking to a whole new level, making it so much more enjoyable. I recommend to all my friends :-)

I use my knife most days. It makes preparing vegetables a much easier & quicker process. I have had to sharpen the knife just once in 6 months. I would recommend it to anyone as the best kitchen knife I have used.

very good knife and comfortable to use

Brought this knife on recommendation of a friend ,was not disappointed the best knife I have and the sharpest.

We are very impressed with the quality of the customer service. We contacted the company when the blade of our 5” knife became loose (hard cheese and too much downward pressure being the culprits). This was more in hope than expectation. We received an offer of a replacement knife and the chance of buying a 3” knife at a discount, which we have availed ourselves of. The info in the email explaining why knives fail has been taken in! We look forward to many more years of using these wonderful knives which are by far the best we have ever purchased.

My knife has been everything promised. It cuts through even the hardest quince with ease

I like the balance of this knife, as it allows me to use its full potential, but is considerable. Not only vegetables but anything comes out cut cleanly and easily. The sharpness is legendary, and requires extra concentration and care, making the cutting experience creating an intense and highly satisfying feeling. Precision cutting is so satisfying.

Disappointed ??

These knives really, really are the sharpest I have ever used. To the “point” where they are unsuitable for children to use. Good chef tools.

This is the best knife I have ever owned, I am 65 and have struggled with Swede, no problem with this knife.

This Knife is a pleasure to use and makes cutting and carving so easy

Bought set for my husband who has arthritis in his hands and he is now able to prepare vegetables and carve meat again.

Best I have used got rid of all my old knives just sharpen every week or so and they are fine****

Liked the knives so much that I have purchased a second set. Have two problems with them though.....they are so light and sharp that I forget that they are not my old knives and I have cut myself. Also they are very light so I don't feel comfortable using them to crush garlic or cutting thick skinned vegetables.

Great set. I constantly use the small knife. Love the poultry scissors too. Would definitely recommend.
