Fabulous knives, have now convinced my husband to get rid of the 20 or so knives these three have completely replaced. Would recommend to everyone.

This is definitely the best knif I have ever bought. Cuts easily from thin slices of tomatoes to swede . And even cuts fresh bread beautifuly .

Bought these knives at cake international, Birmingham. Good to be able to try knives before buying. Great knives, used daily and have remained very sharp. Good knives for all jobs but have to keep away from wife as exceptionally sharp. Good buy.

The knives are the one of the best investments I ever made. I threw away all my odd knives and have 2 sets of these that I use instead. I was so impressed that I bought my parents a set for Christmas, and they love them.

Just great tools. Very sharp and stay sharp (watch your fingers). All my other knives - some very expensive - stay in the draw. These are definitely the knife of choice in my household. Oh and great scissors too.

Excellent cutting blades, the small one is fine for fruit and vegetables and I bought the large one for carving meat which is fine. Need to have the sharpener, if used a lot

Purchased knife last year at show I was initially impressed with sharpness and ease of use unfortunately the handel broke off under light duty (green beans) now not so impressed sorry magic knife.

Knives were really good to begin with, especially the largest knife. I'm slightly disappointed that the sharpness of the knives have deteriorated quite quickly. To be honest i haven't used the sharpener the box set came with yet, having said that the demo i was shown the salesman said he was using an old knife that he hadn't sharpened and he was cutting butternut squash, tomatoes and soft loaves of bread fine. The lack of sharpness is most notable when cutting a fresh loaf of bread. when i first got the knives i could slice through the loaf with no pressure at all, now i have to really push hard on the bread squashing the loaf. Will have to try the sharpener

Best knives I have ever had. Still as sharp as when I bought them. Excellent knives, I highly recommend them.
