Well it does what it says it does tried it at the food festival at Hampton court last year. only had to sharpen the knife twice since i brought it. would love get some more sometime. Use my knife for eveything in the kitchen and used everyday.

I use the the magic knife almost every day and find it so easy to use. Being so sharp, it helps when cutting things like tomatoes etc.

I love my magic knife! It is light, easy to hold and super sharp. I use it to peel potatoes, slice onions, chop tomatoes - everything! And after 6 months, it is just as good as when I first bought it.

Both the knife and the pealer are great. Stay sharp, flexible and easy to use.

I went to cookery school, admittedly decades ago, and I have several good knives but my "go to" knives are Magic Knife. I have a small, 2 medium and a large knife. The sharpener is very easy to use and effective and I find it only needs to be used every 2-3 day to keep blades razor sharp. Peeling tomatoes has never been easier!

I bought one of these knives many, many years ago but the rubber on the handle split (after many years of regular useage) so I tried to look for them online without success and was thrilled when I saw them being sold at the Southport Flower Show (where I bought my original knife) so without any hesitation I asked for the box set, I informed the people on the stand that I didn't need a demonstration as I'd been using mine for many years. They really are superb. With other knives I've managed to cut my thumb and fingers on a fairly regular basis, although these knives cut extremely well somehow they don't cut/slice fingers and thumbs! I'm not quite sure how that works but they are a tool which every person who is not so good in the kitchen needs!

Love my magic knife , I can now cut squash and swede with ease no more nearly stabbing my hand .

I have had this sized knife for 2 - 3 years and I use it all the time every day. It is very versatile and stays sharp for quite a long time. I certainly recommend Magic Knives. One proviso - do not put them in the dishwasher. I never have as I was advised not to at the exhibition where I bought my first one. However, I have been told by a friend who washed hers in the dishwasher that the handle broke off within a few months.

Together with the 5 inch knife, it is good for small items of fruit and veg. It seems to sty sharp for longs than the slightly larger one. (Maybe I use the latter more!)

Very useful addition to my Magic Knife set. I use it all the time for slicing small items of fruit and veg.

This has proved to be a must have. Very well balanced,makes any task a lot easier . Fits well in the hand, not overly heavy,easy to control does everything promised by the salesman.

Love the knives as a left hander, so many knives these days are for right handed people as only ground one side. I must say the middle size knife gets a fair bit of use in are house and I regularly give it a touch up on an oil stone. Well pleased with my purchase from the GDSF2017

We have used these knives everyday since we brought them six months ago, they are brilliant. A great purchase.
