Just love this knife set! I bought it from a display at a festival and it was worth every penny. I also bought the additional knife sharpener. I would definitely buy again and I'm even tempted to get another large knife to add to the set. I've now had these for 6 months and I use them by choice over my more expensive knives. The big one is my favourite, making light work of bread, squash and melons. Easy to keep sharp with the sharpener. I personally find the grip of the scissors a little uncomfortable but I can't fault the cutting ability. The smaller knives are great too. The peeler is OK but then I do have a favourite that I've had for years and nothing beats it. It does come close though, so at least I now have a back up for when it goes.

Unfortunately I found that I needed to sharpen my knife every time I used it.I attended the fair at Sudely and the rep there suggested I should go home, (25 minute journey) and return with the knife and have a replacement. I did this and was given a new knife. It would have been nice to have been offered some sort of compensation!

Having bought the Magic Knives 8" and 5" at a show last Autumn my wife insisted on replacing her favourite fruit knife with the 3" knive at Christmas time. Over our 45 years of marriage we have owned most knife sets up to my Sabatier which have now been relegated to the loft.

Love my knives. Have a lovely "feel" to them. Wish I had more to complete the sets

We are really pleased with our knives apart from the fact that the coating on some has begun to scrape off. They are still sharp even though in constant use.

Excellent product we use our magic knife set every day. These knives glide straight through almost anything.

I love the magic knife. Went to a craft fair and bought 2. My dad always did the vegetables on Sunday, but now does it effortlessly and with a lot less waste. My partner now does exactly the same and we look forward to getting swede, cabbage and carrots when we shop. But it is also versatile - fresh bread is easier to cut without squashing and tomatoes cut without squishing.

Well , they are truly magic. We have use them slicing meat 60kg a day 20 kg of vegetable and staffs enjoy working with these easy sharp knifes.

I can't believe how good these knives are, they slice through food with ease. I've sharpened them regularly which makes them just like they were when they were new. I would recommend them and do to everyone.

WE have the 8" & the 5" knife. Both knives are used daily. They are that good that we hardly ever use any of our other large selection of knives any more. They are sharp and remain sharp after minimal use of the ceramic sharpener. Light easily washed and ergonomically comfortable. They do the job they were designed for - well.

The blade is still nice and sharp but i'm not very impressed with the build quality. One knife bent when dropped on the floor, and the other has scratched really badly when washing up and the food sticks to it. In general i wouldn't rush to buy more of these. They are nice to start with but won't last very long.
